Who knew Brinner would be such a hit? My kids are all about the brinner and lets face it so is Brent! Any reason to have a pound of bacon is a good idea to a Craig!
The Irwin tradition is to have these buttermilk pancakes with porkchops. I know porkchops sound weird for breakfast, however, I guarantee that it is scrumptous. The recipe came to me from Dwight's Irwin Grandma - Iola Ruth Reep IRWIN. A fabulous cook whose pie crusts are legendary in the Irwin folk tales. Later - Queenie
