I can promise this is a guaranteed hit. Everyone who has tried this has begged for this recipe. I should warn it's addicting. You will not be able to tear yourself away from the bowl.
I usually only make it around Christmas. ( probably because my mom who I got this from usually only made it around Christmas..) So if you are on my Christmas list. plan on getting this as a gift! ( you'll thank me for it.)
Chex chewy mix
3/4 cube butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
Mix & boil 11/2 -2 min
( DO Not over boil or you will make it too hard.)
in a VERY large bowl mix
1/2 box of Rice Chex
1/2 box of golden grams
1 cup coconut
1 cup slivered almonds( or chopped or whatever)
Pour sauce over cereal mixture and mix until well coated.
Oh and try to pace yourself.
* Again I must give credit to this recipe to my mom, a Christmas favorite!

So this is totally my favortite Irwin recipe! Love it! remember us finishing the whole bowl off with Brent and Paul on Christmas Eve? Everyone dig in right?
this is one of my favorite recipes, but I have never tried it with the golden grahams, I am going to have to try it!!!!
